FAQ
Honest answers
You do not have to choose. A small company can run itself — the machine prepares everything, you review and sign. If you have an accountant, invite them: they arrive to booked documents, a reconciled bank and ready filings, and their time goes into judgement, not typing. The signature and the responsibility always stay human.
Yes — through regulated open banking (PSD2), with a licensed account-information service provider. Consent is given at your own bank, lasts up to 180 days and we remind you to renew it. Sync is nightly, or one click when you need it now. On the bank connection we see transactions read-only — no payment orders are submitted over it. Paying is a separate, opt-in feature: Autonify prepares the order and you authorise it at your own bank.
D1 and D6 file directly through the NRA's official API, signed with your QES. The rest generate as files in the official formats (XSD-validated) with a guided step-by-step process. We show "accepted" only when there is a reference number — no optimistic statuses.
SAF-T is a standardised accounting file the NRA is rolling out in waves from 2026 — large enterprises first, everyone including micro-companies by 2030. In Autonify generation is built into every plan: monthly, annual and on demand, in the official schema, at no extra fee.
Two-factor authentication, sensitive data encrypted at rest (personal IDs never reach the logs), an audit trail of every action, daily encrypted backups with restore checks.
